FIRST RV SPOT
This covered RV spot includes a 50 amp connection and it comes with a small storage shed where you can store your bikes and other precious valuables. This shade structure has a nice side panel that allows you to see towards the street, but also provides shade during the afternoon hours. You will have driveway and street view, as well as a side view of the pond.
Utilities included: Electricity, water, sewer and trash.
SECOND RV Spot
This covered RV spot includes a 50 amp connection and it comes with a small storage building where you can store your bikes and other items. This RV site offers some garden tubs if you'd like to take a gander at gardening in front of your RV. You'll have the view of some ponies, cattle and chickens, as well as the pond.
Utilities included: Electricity, water, sewer and trash.
AMENITIES
This is a privately owned farm and we take security measures seriously with security cameras in place around the farm.
Private security gate, which you will be given a code to enter the property.
Your rental includes access to the onsite laundry facilities shared amongst a few renters. It includes a non-coined operated full-size washer and dryer.
We have a nice pond at the back of the property. You might see ducks, guineas and other passerby wildlife relaxing by the pond. Catch and release fishing is allowed.
FREE ROAMING WILDLIFE
Our guineas are free roaming wildlife on the property. Please be cautious while driving anywhere within the property.
Meet Fabio, our peacock mascot! He free roams the property and makes all sorts of calls all day long! You will see him all over the property so please be careful while driving within the property.
